Born and raised in the North Dallas area Ms. Manley has always had a passion for law and chose to pursue her passion by obtaining a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of North Texas. Ciara was raised in a Christian-military household where she was taught the values of community service and believes firmly in advocating for people who feel as though they do not have a voice. Ms. Manley plans to attend Law school so that she may continue to serve her community in the fullest capacity.
In her spare time Ms. Manley enjoys dancing and is a competitive country dancer in the local area. When she is not on the dance floor you can find her outside hiking, fishing, and hunting, or you can find her inside reading a good book, or playing with her precious cat Ember.
